Perfectly halfway between a piece of furniture and a sculpture, this two arms candleholder of RECOVER 2M Ecoreuse collection is a splendid example of masterly craftsmanship, an appealing mix of chic contemporary and industrial style.
The arms were made with rusty iron color mesh and are supported on an aged cement gray white color reminiscent of a piece of recycled wood board. At the end of the two arms, two square bases in raw brushed steel serve as candle holders glasses. 52 cm high, 37 cm wide and 8 cm deep, weighed 4.8 kg and combines the lightness of mesh with the solidity and strength of the concrete base.
Each piece is made entirely with care by hand, using techniques developed and very refined that guarantee a strong aesthetic impact. The mesh was artificially rusted, then was treated with a transparent powder paint and subjected to careful finishing to remove all the roughness. Even the concrete base scratched undergoes three aging processes and a finish with an anti-dusting product. The glasses steel holder was brushed to achieve a brilliant effect that enhances and amplifies the brightness of the candles.
Recover 2M is designed as a table candleholder but can also be placed on the ground. The wise assembling pieces of recovery makes this complement of thoroughly modern and original furnishings. The simple design inspired construction makes it suitable for any environment and compatible with almost any style of furniture, it will be perfect on a living room, dining room, but also on a shelf in the kitchen, on the dresser in the bedroom or on top of the desk in the study.
